This day, another one of my instructional is hitting the book shelves. Being one of my everyday tools, I wrote a 101 starting guide for Adobe After Effects. Witihn a couple of exciting months, I put together a step-by-step manual, starting with basic keyframing to finishing and fine-tuning animations. Along the way, the reader gets to know about color correction, VFX, compositing, 3D and stabilisation. You can check it at out at here.
Adobe recently released Premiere Elements 14, so I did an update on the beginner’s guide, published by my good friends at mitp. Get a copy and read all about the new features and some new tricks.
Adobe brushed up on their editing tool for novices and beginners, a.k.a. Premiere Elements in its 12th revision. And so did I. My new handbook in collaboration with Volker Berg is now available on Amazon and @ Verlagsgruppe HJR.
As of now, my second book is hitting the book stores. In collaboration with Ben Grna, we put the GoPro HD Hero to the acid. Our results are published in mitp-FotoHits „Und Action – Unterwegs mit der GoPro“, with additional basics for filming and editing as well as examples. It’s available at Amazon as well as mitp. Pretty stoked about the result of working with the band on their six minute kick-ass piece. Fresh from the printers: Videoschnitt mit Premiere Elements 11: Der praktische Einstieg. This fine piece helps starters to work with Adobes editing software and contains loads of basics, examples and workshops, all around videos and the art of editing. This little helper explains Editing-rookies how to work Adobes Beginner software. Aside from the basics there are a lot of examples and workshops covering various aspects of filming. For now, only available in German here.
